I'm a passionate AWS Cloud Enthusiast, Senior DevOps Engineer, Tech Lead, Consultant, Architect, AWS Community Builder and general fixer of stuff. My journey in the tech world has been deeply rooted in the endless possibilities that AWS offers, anything from HPC clusters to the serverless salad.

What I Do

There could be a very nice AI-written piece here about how I'm thrilled to work on fancy things, but I didn't like what was generated.

I do AWS stuff. Anything from designing and deploying Landing Zones, networking and containerized or serverless workloads. I understand both IAM and DNS. I'm also well versed in Iac (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Pulumi), but I also know how subnetting and routing works. You could say I'm a T-shaped engineer, though I wouldn't recommend making me your head of development. I will gladly move your workload to AWS though, or tell your team they aren't allowed to use Kubernetes to deploy a static website.

What I do not do

End user computing, I've paid my dues.

Beyond the Cloud

When I'm not immersed in the cloud, you'll find me enjoying the open road on my motorcycle, indulging in the art of BBQ, or discovering new craft beers. I'm also a proud cat enthusiast, and my feline friends often serve as my unofficial coding companions.
